The website sorviai.com and the SorviAI service, including the SorviAI Orbit plan, are provided by SORVI AI LTD, a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 16927720, with its registered office at Unit 5a Victoria Road, Stoke-On-Trent, England, ST4 2HS, United Kingdom. SorviAI is the trading name; SORVI AI LTD is the company. It has no establishment in Germany or elsewhere in the European Union.

SORVI AI LTD is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ralakde Holdings Limited. As an English company it is not entered in a German commercial register (Handelsregister) and has no HRB number; you can check its details free of charge on the Companies House register at find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk. No authorisation from a supervisory authority is needed to provide the service.

SORVI AI LTD is represented by its director, Deepak Gupta (the equivalent of a Geschäftsführer), who can be reached at the contact details below.

One address reaches us for everything: support, billing, privacy, legal notices, security reports and abuse reports. Besides email, you can reach us quickly by phone or through the form on our contact page. Please write to us in English; we acknowledge every message within 2 working days.

SORVI AI LTD is not registered for tax on its sales in any country. It therefore has no tax identification number for Umsatzsteuer (Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer) under section 27a of the Umsatzsteuergesetz and no business identification number (Wirtschafts-Identifikationsnummer) under section 139c of the Abgabenordnung, and our invoices carry no tax number.

Because SORVI AI LTD has no establishment in the European Union, EU law expects it to name representatives there. We have not appointed any of them:

• Representative under article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation: not appointed.
• Legal representative under article 13 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065): not appointed.
• Legal representative under article 17 of the Regulation on terrorist content online (Regulation (EU) 2021/784), and under the EU rules on electronic evidence: not appointed.

Until one is appointed, authorities and individuals can reach us directly at [email protected], which a person reads. We will update this page on the day a representative is appointed.

Our single point of contact for the authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (article 11), and for the people who use our service (article 12), is [email protected]. It accepts messages in English only. A person reads it; it is not an automated channel. Removal orders for terrorist content are watched for around the clock, every day of the year.

In Germany, the Digital Services Coordinator is the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency), which takes complaints about breaches of the Digital Services Act through its portal at www.dsc.bund.de.

You can report illegal content on a storefront, portal or shared link hosted on SorviAI by email to [email protected] or through our contact page, in English. For intellectual property complaints, see IPR Compliance. Our Abuse Policy explains what is not allowed and how we act on reports.

Serious crimes (such as child sexual abuse material, terrorism or incitement to hatred) can also be reported to the police at any time, for example through the online police station (Onlinewache) of the federal state concerned; the Federal Ministry of Justice links to every state’s online police station at www.hilfe-info.de. If someone is in immediate danger, call 110 for the police, 112 for fire and ambulance.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please complain to us first. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the federal state (Land) where you live or work. The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI) lists every state authority with its contact details at www.bfdi.bund.de. If you live or work in another EU country, you can complain to the authority there instead; the European Data Protection Board lists them at edpb.europa.eu.

For completeness: as a UK company, SORVI AI LTD is registered with the UK data protection regulator under number ZC254426. That registration has no effect in Germany or the European Union.

SORVI AI LTD is responsible for the content of this website. Our blog is company information about our own product, not a journalistic-editorial offer, so we name no separate person responsible for content under section 18 (2) of the Medienstaatsvertrag.

The SorviAI service and this website are hosted by DigitalOcean, LLC in its London (LON1), United Kingdom data centre region, with Cloudflare in front of every address as the network edge. The application, the database and uploaded files are all held in London, for every customer wherever they are.

SorviAI and SorviAI Orbit are trade marks of Ralakde Holdings Limited, the parent company of SORVI AI LTD, and are used by SORVI AI LTD with its permission. They are not registered trade marks in Germany, the European Union or anywhere else. The content of this website belongs to SORVI AI LTD or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without permission. How you may use our marks is set out in our Trademark Policy.

Use of the service is governed by our Terms of Service. This Germany version of our documents applies to workspaces set up for Germany and to visitors in Germany; everyone else reads the Global version.

The service is offered only to businesses (Unternehmer, section 14 of the Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch) acting in the course of their trade, business or profession. Sole traders and partnerships buying for their business are businesses for this purpose. Sign-up does not yet check that a customer is a business.
